I needed to replace one of the tire pressure sensors. I was able to make a same day appointment. However, I was 10 minutes late for the appointment, but they were still able to handle my needed repair. All the work was done as scheduled.

The service department at Meyer Motors is fantastic. I drive nearly an hour to take my car there. Tom is amazing. They know I am waiting for the car - so they get right to it. I never have to wait more than an hour. Love this dealership. I also bought my 2025 Encore GX from them last December.

I received a call about a week before my scheduled oil change regarding a radio module that had finally arrived. During that conversation, we agreed to have both the radio module installation and the oil change completed during the same appointment. After the service was completed, Mike called and informed me that the radio module had been installed. I asked about the oil change, and his response was, "What oil change?" At that point, Mike realized it had been overlooked and told me it would be another two hours before the truck would be ready, or they could keep it overnight. Keeping the truck overnight was not an option for me. After waiting more than two additional hours, I still had not received a call with an update. I eventually had to contact the dealership myself, only to find out the truck had already been completed and was ready for pickup. Mike simply never called to let us know. Mistakes can happen, but communication and organization are important. The lack of follow-through, failure to complete the requested service initially, and lack of communication after the work was finished made for a frustrating experience. Mike needs to be more organized and communicate more effectively with customers.

I don't understand why we were offered an extended warranty when a new car has one for a certain amount of time.

Awesome job

One of my tire pressure sensors needed to be replaced. They were able to get me in for service at the end of the same day. Since they provide good service, they tested the other sensors and found one that was near the end of its life and they called and asked if I wanted to replace that unit also. A stitch in time saves.

It’s just so expensive. But my car is running like new again. I appreciate the speediness of getting the work done.

Always have a great experience, work was done in a timely manner. I did ask why my outside temperature consistently reads 5 degrees Fahrenheit higher than the actual temperature. I was told that this is hard programmed in at the manufacturer and can't be adjusted. Not that I don't believe the dealer, but it seems to be and easy fix. Thanks

I had my antenna replaced on my GMC terrain. They did an excellent job and were very courteous and easy to work with.

Meyer motors had the vehicle I wanted in the color I wanted , after getting to know my salesperson ( Paul Francis) I asked about having some accessories installed by the dealership and completed my new vehicle purchase and picked my new truck up a couple days later, the delay was due to having to order and install the accessories. I couldn't have been happier , the purchase and financing was painless. It is now a week later and am happy with my purchase.

Meyer motors was excellent. GMC is the problem I bought a truck and the radio works when it wants to. Meyer motors has went out of their way to help but it's your responsibility and they can't fix it and I think it sucks
