Overall a decent experience. My biggest complaint was that when I looked at the truck initially, there was not a front license plate mount on the truck but when I picked up the truck, they had installed it, which I didn't want. After spending over 70k on a new truck, I now need to spend over $500 to replace the bumper valance to get rid of the screw holes. Other extremely minor complaint is I asked to not have the dealership install their vinyl logo/sticker on the tailgate, yet it was installed. Again, nit picking here - but when you spend that kind of money, the small details really matter. Staff was very friendly and helpful

Kevin was great in helping us to figure out what was wrong with our dear old car. He was always available to take our call and also keeping us in the loop as to what was going on.

Thank you Meyer Motors Service Department! These guys are the best, my car needed tires and Meyer is running their fantastic tire sale. They gave us three different quotes on tires to choose from, all three name brand quality tires. Meyer brought the tires in and we set up an appointment for installation. Mount, balance, alignment, they did it all as quoted. I also noticed that our car needed and oil change as well, so I asked them if it was possible to change the oil, without an appointment, while they installed our tires. Kevin was happy to get our oil changed as well, no problem. Meyer Motors Service Department is the best we ever dealt with anywhere for our vehicles. They are friendly, professional and always willing to answer questions and give us a heads-up if our vehicles need any type of service work done. They honor coupons and are always looking to save us money on any repairs. It is so nice to know there still is an Auto Dealership that truly looks out for and services their customers. There is no other choice for me, Meyer Motors is where I am always taking my cars for service! Thanks again Meyer Motors!

Our buying experience at Meyer Motors was the most pleasant buying experience we have ever had. We live over 2 hours away from the dealership but the dealership may it worth the trip to buy from them. Our salesman was Andrew and he was so thorough from our first inquiry call to the moment we drove away in our new 2025 Buick Enclave. Everyone at the dealership went out of their way to welcome us when we walked in, Janet the Sales Manager, walked over to where we were to introduce herself. Going through all of the paperwork with Sue in Finance was so pleasant, not painstaking like all of the other purchases we have done in the past. We will definately return to Meyer Motors when we are ready to purchase another vehicle!

One of my tire pressure sensors needed to be replaced. They were able to get me in for service at the end of the same day. Since they provide good service, they tested the other sensors and found one that was near the end of its life and they called and asked if I wanted to replace that unit also. A stitch in time saves.

I needed to replace one of the tire pressure sensors. I was able to make a same day appointment. However, I was 10 minutes late for the appointment, but they were still able to handle my needed repair. All the work was done as scheduled.

I received a call about a week before my scheduled oil change regarding a radio module that had finally arrived. During that conversation, we agreed to have both the radio module installation and the oil change completed during the same appointment. After the service was completed, Mike called and informed me that the radio module had been installed. I asked about the oil change, and his response was, "What oil change?" At that point, Mike realized it had been overlooked and told me it would be another two hours before the truck would be ready, or they could keep it overnight. Keeping the truck overnight was not an option for me. After waiting more than two additional hours, I still had not received a call with an update. I eventually had to contact the dealership myself, only to find out the truck had already been completed and was ready for pickup. Mike simply never called to let us know. Mistakes can happen, but communication and organization are important. The lack of follow-through, failure to complete the requested service initially, and lack of communication after the work was finished made for a frustrating experience. Mike needs to be more organized and communicate more effectively with customers.

I was from out of state and they made it very easy to make a deal over the phone. Communication was great through emails and texts throughout the process.
