We arranged a pre-trip appointment to have our Envision serviced. We dropped the car off the night before expecting a longer service time to complete the requested work (spark plug replacement, transmission flush & overall checkup). Our only requirement was to complete the appointment by 11:00 a.m. because we had another out-of-town appointment at noon. As expected, we received a call from Meyer Motors Service Department at 10:50 a.m. that our Envision was ready to pick up. Kevin & Tom did it again! Thank you.

Paul Francis is very straight forward with his approach, more of an advisor that a sales person. Explains each part of the process, and is extremely polite and quite with his answers on any questions. when my wife sometimes asked the same question again, because she did not fully understand his reply, he was more than gracious. Roger in parts is more than helpful with any questions even if they don't result in a sale. Tom in service is very cordial, but does take down all of the information you present when you stop in for service. Many places only record short notes for the tech, Tom tells your story in your own words. I feel this gives the tech a better approach to whatever the issue is.

There was no communication on how long the repair was going to take. It took two weeks to complete after persistent emailing and being told it would take a week or so. The actual repair looks good but Meyer Motors was really disappointing.

went in for first oil change and tire rotation, service dept. took the car in right on time. the wait in the lounge area was short as they completed their work in a timely manner. My only complaint to the service dept. was that gm has not come out with a front floor liner for the envision and that complaint is not against Meyer Motors. I think that the sales and service depts. do a great job at Meyer Motors and I have recommended them to friends.

We live over 2 hours away from the dealership but the dealership may it worth the trip to buy from them. Our salesman was Andrew and he was so thorough from our first inquiry call to the moment we drove away in our new 2025 Buick Enclave. Everyone at the dealership went out of their way to welcome us when we walked in, Janet the Sales Manager, walked over to where we were to introduce herself. Going through all of the paperwork with Sue in Finance was so pleasant, not painstaking like all of the other purchases we have done in the past. We will definately return to Meyer Motors when we are ready to purchase another vehicle!

Thank you Meyer Motors Service Department! These guys are the best, my car needed tires and Meyer is running their fantastic tire sale. They gave us three different quotes on tires to choose from, all three name brand quality tires. Meyer brought the tires in and we set up an appointment for installation. Mount, balance, alignment, they did it all as quoted. I also noticed that our car needed and oil change as well, so I asked them if it was possible to change the oil, without an appointment, while they installed our tires. Kevin was happy to get our oil changed as well, no problem. Meyer Motors Service Department is the best we ever dealt with anywhere for our vehicles. They are friendly, professional and always willing to answer questions and give us a heads-up if our vehicles need any type of service work done. They honor coupons and are always looking to save us money on any repairs. It is so nice to know there still is an Auto Dealership that truly looks out for and services their customers. There is no other choice for me, Meyer Motors is where I am always taking my cars for service! Thanks again Meyer Motors!

Overall a decent experience. My biggest complaint was that when I looked at the truck initially, there was not a front license plate mount on the truck but when I picked up the truck, they had installed it, which I didn't want. After spending over 70k on a new truck, I now need to spend over $500 to replace the bumper valance to get rid of the screw holes. Other extremely minor complaint is I asked to not have the dealership install their vinyl logo/sticker on the tailgate, yet it was installed. Again, nit picking here - but when you spend that kind of money, the small details really matter. Staff was very friendly and helpful
